Hi, I’m Veronica! As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I primarily serve marginalized communities with the following intersections: BIPOC, neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQIA+, and what is clinically known as “eating disorders/disordered eating.” I think of them as feeding and eating challenges. Most of my clients are adults with one or all of these intersected identities. Being identity affirming is my biggest priority; it’s literally the reason behind the company name, “intersectED nutrition.”

Nutrition therapy with me is trauma-sensitive, person-centered, collaborative, weight-inclusive, and always at your pace. It is also rooted from an anti-oppressive, social justice, harm reduction framework; it has to be in order to uplift those most impacted.

I know for a fact that I am no expert of your life. I’m also not here to tell you what to do. Nor do I know it all; I absolutely do not know it all. I strive to support you rediscover your inner mind-body wisdom through client-led embodiment approaches, without judgement. I’m also an active lister that has probably a million follow up questions not intended to labor you; but because I genuinely want to hear your voice, your story, and understand the ways in which your brain works. When you are ready and want to, we can then lean on those strengths through supported experiments. Working with me is deeply relational… and I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Hi, I’m Amanda! Human first and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) somewhere after. I employ a trauma sensitive, weight inclusive, and neurodivergent affirming approach. I can support you by rejecting the weight centric, culturally inappropriate nutrition recommendations that are often given and cause more harm in eating disorder healing. I champion the belief that true health encompasses individual well-being, advocating for an anti- diet, all foods fit perspective.

Grounded in principles of anti diet, weight inclusive nutrition counseling, I integrate these philosophies into nutrition counseling sessions, empowering you to redefine your relationship with food and body on your terms.

It is my own personal journey of self-acceptance that sparked my passion for helping others navigate their own paths towards body acceptance. I am dedicated to guiding my clients towards authentic health and healing, embracing diversity and honoring each person’s unique journey.
